Do I have to switch from my current CRM?

But if your data already lives in another CRM, BlueMind can work alongside it. For enterprise firms, we integrate with leading CRMs — no rip-and-replace required.
How do you accept payments?
We handle all our payments via stripe. You can use any type of credit or debit card to pay for BlueMind.
Is my Credit Card Information Secured?

Can I cancel my account at any time?
If you are not satisfied, you can cancel the subscription anytime without any penalty or extra charges.
Can I export my data if I cancel?
Yes. If you cancel, you can request a full export. Within 14 business days, we’ll provide a secure, encrypted ZIP file containing your data. Your business, your clients, your future — all belong to you.
Where is my data hosted?
For Canadian advisors and firms, data is securely hosted in Canada. For U.S. advisors and firms, data is hosted in the U.S. Large enterprises can request hosting aligned to their security policies. Contact us to learn more.
How many contacts are allowed?
You can have unlimited contacts, which means there are no restrictions on the number of contacts or clients you can manage within our platform. Whether you have 100 or 10,000 contacts, you can store and manage them all without any additional fees or limitations.
Are there any setup fees?
No, there are no setup or any additional fee.
